I was born in Sri Lanka, raised in Southern Africa and arrived on the fine shores of Aotearoa in 2009.
I graduated from the University of Auckland in Accounting & Finance.
I interned at EY. I then worked at Pricewaterhouse but quickly realised that corporate was not my calling.
In 2015, I joined with my business partner to embark on a, somewhat, new adventure; Real Estate Sales at Barfoot & Thompson Greenlane.
This is now my 11th year.
We still work together! Team Sam & Leo. (Samantha Chaudhry). We now also have Jason Pham, our protégé.
I have LOVED every most moments of this adventure. Every up and of course the inevitable few downs; were the challenges that became lessons.
I specialise in Residential Sales in mostly Central, West and South Auckland.
My clients trust me so a fair few have also asked me to look after their investment portfolios. So, I now also manage a few properties.

In 2022, we opened Harcourts Greenlane as a fully fledged real estate agency, offering sales, leasing, and property management services.
